in my netweaver system visula admin tool not working .when ever im trying to connect with user id and password its showing like this.how can i solve this issue.plz help me

Hi,

Try to login to system info page with administrator or j2ee_admin for java and dual stack respectively to check if the password is correct.

If the password is incorrect, then check if you have any alternate admin ID. Change the administrator or j2ee_admin password, then try to login with the new password. Change the password of SDM and securestore to the new one.

If this is not the case, then check the log files in visual admin directory. Please post the same.
