Ship to party issue

Hi Gurus,

When I tried to change the Ship to party manually,other than what I assigned in Customer Master,the system accepts the same.My requirement is that the system should stop my entry when I enter SH other than what I entered in my Customer Master.Any OSS Note available on this?You inputs in this regard are highly appreciated.

Hi Phani,

I agree it should be a standard validation in SD, but it is not available, quite a pity.

If your users need it, you will need to develop a user-exit by yourself.

Dear Phanip,

1. You can use User Exit for the same.

2. If you are want to avoid Edit in SH in sales order then you can use Screen Variants feature for SH in T-Code SHD0.

Hi

This is standard feature of SAP. If you want to check the system that SH of sales order must be included in partner function of Sold to Party master data then you use User Exit which check this as per your logic.
