Hi,
In our solution manager system (EHP1), after going to workcenter tcode and navigate to system monitoring or administration and under system status, the button IT Performance Reporting is grayed out. Does anyone know whether anything in particular to be done like configuration or setup to make this available. Upto to our knowledge we gave all workcenter related authorizations to the user.

Hi,
First, set up the report.
WorkCenter->System Monitoring->Configure IT Performance Reporting
Note 1223266
Then, check it with report AICCMSBI_SUPPORT_TOOL.
