Configuring separate number series for SLFN and SLFI

Gurus!

Where do I configure different number series for SLFN and SLFI. I want the issues porsted in solman_workcenter to be separated from issues posted in solar01 and solution_manager.

You can use transaction SNUM to create additional number ranges

for the SLFN / SLFI transaction types, you need to definer additional number ranges for object CRM_SERVIC

After you have entered the object in transaction SNUM, click on the button "number ranges", next, click on "change intervals"

In the following screen, you can define additional intervals.

You can link these intervals to the respective transaction types under "define transaction types" in the IMG.

By the way, I assume you are going to copy the standard SAP transaction types to a customer namespace (Z*) if not, please consider doing so!

Thanks very much, that helped me a lot. Now I have configured ZLFI (Z version of SLFI). The last step is to get ZLFI to be triggered instead of SLFI when I create an issue. Do you know where this setting is done?
