Hello All,
Some of our materials are managed in batches. During delivery creation, for these materials, pricing is happening at batch sub item level and not happening for main item.
I noticed that, whenever I add batches for the material, the main item quantity becomes zero and the cumulative batch quantity (sub-item quantity) represents the delivery quantity.
Any thoughts on how to make the pricing to work on main items ( instead of sub) or to make the main item quanity as delivery quantity.
Thanks,
When you are dispatching goods which are batch managed, in delivery- materials in batches appeared as sub item level is the actual goods, but not the main item ( main item is just representation of the sub item) .
Main item qtty is nothing but the cumulation of sub item's delivery qtty.
in std, pricing carried out at main item level & main qtty is used as delivery qtty.
if you want to have the pricing @ sub item level , but not at the main item level.
Then you can maintain seperate item cat for sub item, make it relevant for pricing & maintain copy control settings from del - billing accordingly.
