check validation of WBS and AGENT at SC level instead of PO creation time.

Hi all,

is there any function module to check the issues with the account assignment like agents are missing for cost center or WBS for a shopping cart , this is validated during PO creation but my requirement is to validate it during the SC Cart creation .

You are correct. Indeed all checks happen during PO only not through SC.

You can use DOC check badi only

Hi Muthu,

thats what i need , i need to check all account issues during creation of SC as this resp lies with the REQUESTER and not the PURCHASER,

so is there any function module in SRM which check the SC items for acount issues....we have BBP_PROCDOC_CHECK FM which checks for PO .

Then i can make changes in doc check badi for this. through which table can we check issues like (agents are missing for cost center or WBS budget exceeded in SRM.)

agents for cost center? what does mean?

what you can do while creating cart it self ,i.e order , we can check WBS element is available for PO or not.

Why SAP kept validation while creating PO means, as approved it may take time.
