SC Error

Hello Experts,

We are using SRM 4.0 SP13 & Standalone scenario.

When user want to create SC, he is facing an error

Enter a country for partner 0000028338 with type 'Requester'

Enter a country for partner 0000028338 with type 'Goods Recipient'

We have checkd the user Present in Org structure & SU01.

Please through some light to come out from this issue and highly appreciate for helpful answers.

Hi,

I don't remember that SRM 4.0 has repair program or not.

Please try USERS_GEN transaction and check user repair option.

Hello,

You can check if the relationship between central person and address is correct.

Go to transaction BP with partner 0000028338 and menu path "Goto -> Relationships". If you double click on the first entry "Is Employee of XXX" and you get error message AM 014, you should correct this using report available in note 836353.

Thanks for your reply.

The issue already rectified.

While user moved from one unit to other, the data base tables are not updated properly. The user was defective. We have corrected the user.
