Approval history

Hi All,

I am facing a problem with the approval history, I am using SAP SRM 7.0. The problem is, if the cart goes to two approvers inbox simultaneously, let it be A and B.If 'A' approves it, then the item in the 'B' inbox should be disappeared right? but in my case it is not going out.. do we need to check the approval history in this case? if so is there any function module or badi which we could use to get the approval history of the document???

If you want to see the workflow log, go to TR:BBP_PD, get the Workflow Item first, (scroll down, nearby the end of the screen, you will see it.),then go to tr:SWI1, put this workflow item and display.

Tr:SWI6 is also very useful transaction to display workflow log.
