Dear experts,
now i have installed the DEV and the SOLMAN on the same physical machine, on Windows 2003 standard and ORACLE 10.2.0.4
i installed the two systems on separate ORACLE HOMES and separate LISTENERS (different ports for each listener)
the problem here that i cant start the two system at the same time, as the first system starts fine and the second face a dispatcher stops.
the developer trace came with the following
-

you have to reconfigure both systems so that one doesn't use all available memory. As you can see here, the system tries to allocate 2 GB which are not available.

set parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE as per SAP note 88416.
in your case, if you have, let's say 8GB of RAM, set PHYS_MEMSIZE to 2500 on both instances. give out about 1GB per Oracle database (SAP note 830576) and leave 1 GB to the OS.
