When we used NOT in functions in GRC,It does not correctly report when we
have roles with * as field value.
If I put a value other than *, it reports the roles and works fine.
How do we solve this issue.

SAP urges customers not to use NOT logic. "It doesn't work at all in the other types of analysis because it does not read an asterisk."

Totally agree with Vit. In one of the note, SAP says that you should not use NOT logic in RAR. The workaround for this issue is to use ranges.
Eg. You don't want to include actvt = 03 from the analysis but want to include everything else in between 01 to 09.
ACTVT: 01 to 02 OR
ACTVT: 04 to 09 OR
