Condition record VV22 printer change

Hi All

I have made changes with the printer in VV22 for an output type, but when the user creates a delivery its still routed to the old printer, Is there any where else I need to make the changes.

Please guide

Pl. checks the default printer setting.

Check your user Profile Click System --- User Profile -

Own Data & go to Defaults and check Output Device (use the default printer)

Select the output type in the delivery and go to communication and check Output Device (use the default printer)

If you have changed the printer in VV22 then it should work.

Take help of Basis team to check SU01 settings for the user as well.

Hi ,

Default printer can be set into "Communication'.

Select the output type and go to Communication .

Maintain output device as ( to be set as default printer ). Also maintain Number of messages ( number of copies to be printed once the output is isued) .

In addition to this activate print immediately and Release after output.

Hello

Please check if the system default printer is still the old printer.

Also in the select the output type in the delifvery, go to communication & check the logical destination.
