Arrange Installments for Tenants

Hi,

While arranging installment for open customer items, I am getting this message 'List Reference Flow Type is empty for partial key 310. There is no corresponding entry in table TIVCDFLOWREL.'.

Can anyone tell me what should I do although I have assigned reference flow type key 310 already to relevant flow type?

Hi Atif,

please check the account assignment for the flow type that is used for installment.

for debit contracts it should be:

debit account type D

debit account symbol D*

credit account type S

credit account symbol symbol for G/L account
