Cannot reach /smd/service

Hi All!

I tried to reach Services Cockpit ([http://<host>:5<system_number>00/smd/service]) or Diagnostics Administration ([http://<host]:5<system_number>00/smd/admin]) but opened Diagnostics Setup ([http://<host>:5<system_number>00/smd]). Could you please help me resolve it?

Hi Alexander,

I suppose your solman is at or above SPS18. from SP18 onwards you can find features of dianostic administration from Root cause analysis workcenter.

Earlier asof SPS15 you had 3 tabs,

Root Cause Analysi, Diagnostic administration, Diagnostic setup

but now all the features are available at RCA workcenter for eg Agent administration.
