Unable to approve

hI,

Approver is not received mail to approve for one shopping cart though i can able to see in workflow that workitem is in approver's inbox. Not sure why he is unable to approve it. I forwarded the workitem again but no use.

How can we restart the approval process for any shopping cart ?

Hello,

You could start a new event using transaction SWUE, but firstly you should complete manually the woritem via SWIA or delete the same, using SWWL.
