Hi All

I tried using DMR today

It is working fine in LOt creation but when i am ticking UD creation it is not performing as it should

I put the skip of 2 lot s, when i took the UD of lot it is ok logically it should skip 1 and and 2nd lot and it should offer the 3rd lot

But it is not offering the 3rd lot it is carrying on skipping procedure

Please suggest me what steps iam missing

Did you make the UD on the second lot BEFORE you created the 3rd lot?

When done at time of UD, if the previous lot is not UD'ed, the system hasn't advance to the next level yet and in your case remains at the current level.

When you do it at time of creation, you have the opposite issue. If he previous lot isn't completed, and a new lot is created, the level automatically goes to the next level even though you might wind up failing the previous lot.

The main thing is, DMR will not be perfect if you have a system where inspection lots consistently overlap. It works best when you only ever have one open inspection lot at a time.

I took the UD of first lot nowit skips the two lot now system should offer the 4 lot to user, but it is not offering it .

It is skiiping now also

Hi,

Reverse the condition that I specified above.

Make Stage 1 as Inspection and Stage 2 as skip stage.

Mark Stage 1 as initial stage.

but when i did GR , Status og the Lot is getting SKip but whereas it is not postiing data in Unrestricted and it is showing the lot in Pendig

Hi in material document what is a stock type.In MMBE where is stock of GR made.

Even if lot is created where the stock is showing.

If everything is correct then it has to go to unrestricted but lot will be created for which you have to make UD in QA10 or manually in QA32

In MMBe it is not showing in Quality but, inQA32 it is hsowing that you havent posted the stock

I fi take UD of the componenet and post it in Unrestricted then stock of the location also get s updated

Dear Taking UD & doing stock posting are two differnt activity

Skip means lot will ne genarted with Status SKIP & material in MMBE shows unrestricted.

that means stock is already moved in unrestricted before UD is taken.

it means that even if QA32 shows stock posting screen stock is already skipped you just have to take UD.

either creat a varient in QA10 & run through SE37

or

Use QA16 & scheule the UD via QA17

Hi,

Maintain the DMR stages as follows:

Stage 1 -> Skips 2 -> New insp stage 2

Stage 2 -> No of insp 1 -> New stage 1

I tried this, it is not resetting the Quality Level, if i take UD of the skipped lot it will work fine for one lot
