How can I make the ALEAUD to only be send once per inbound idoc?

I work as application consultant, and we are currently introducing the ALEAUD idoc in the company.

We receive ORDERS idocs in CRM 4.0. For these idocs we need to send back the ALEAUD via PI to external partner. The partner only want to receive one single ALEAUD idoc per ORDERS idoc. We have made the ALEAUD set-up including the distribution model. However from our testing it looks like the ALEAUD is being send more than once for a specific ORDERS idoc. Is there a SAP standard way of ensuring that only one ALEAUD is send for a specific inbound idoc?

From report IDX_NOALE, select the only acknowledgement that you expect to get triggered.

Thanks a lot for the answer.

Howver on our CRM 4.0 system I cannot find that report.How do I locate it?

Or can it be that it is not available in that version of CRM?
