Save job spooL on File System with format <jobname_user>.TXT

Dear all,

We need to save some job spool on specific file system but we have problems with the file saved name.

We create a device printer with Host Spool Access Method = L, and set a Command Set ID = cp &F /home/<sid>adm/&N_&o.txt in this way we get the spool of job with the formate <user_spool_numer>.txt.

The SAP Note 15355 - Command line parameter for access type L : show some parameters like

&I : job name of SAP spooler

&J : job name of SAP spooler with database name

But putting this value the printer not appear on the filesystem (Command Set ID = cp &F /home/<sid>adm/&N_&o_&J.txt for example).

Any Idea??

Hi Alf,

Please check the parameter rspo/store_location in RZ11

Using this we can store the spool in the file system. I think this will give the solution for your problem.
