Printing problem

Hi gurus,

Currently we are facing problem with one of our canon IR5055 printer. We have successfully configured proper device types for the same and assigned to output device type.

Here the problem is, first page is printing and remaining all pages are blocked in the printer itself.

Could you please any have come across the similar issue, please let me know your inputs.

nothing is changed, automatically the printer is started working.

Hello

For printer problems

1. first create printer in sap with correct device type ,host printer name ,destination host

2. check the printer is able to print normally othe rthan sap level

3. check if spool request getting generated . if yes then hardly anything wrong in sap level . check output request and actual printer configuration on OS ,can be local or remote printing

4. since you have some pages block ,ask vendor to check actual priner and it's configuration

5.if printing possible but character are not as desired then concentrate on exact or nearest device type

Check note 119147 -->under output authorizations.

Its much to do with rspo/auth/pagelimit parameter and S_SPO_PAGE authorization object
