useradmin blank page

Hi Experts,

Would like to know what could be the reason of getting the blank page after login to /useradmin with administrator.

Also through /irj >userid/pass/> it does show the sap logo but no page below.

Also instead of Logoff, I could see Logon.

Any solution?

Hi,

What is the version of IE ?

Also, enter hostname and ip address of your system in host file (Go to Run --> drivers > etc> hosts) on the system where you are opening the portal page.
