Access Key

Dear All,

We had installed SAP 4.7x200 in our new machine as development server. I had created 300 client and copy client from 000 of same server. In 300 client when I am trying customize report (Z or Y) then it is asking access key. I entered my registered access key which is not accepting. I also registed new user and access key but it is also not accepting.

Note: Old system: sun solaris os and sun machine , oracle database.

New System: Linux os and Dell machin, oracle database.

Call your System Administrator and Ask him to Generate a new Access key for your ID.

The License no must have been changed since it's an hetrogeneous Migration and the old Key will not work. Also make sure the a valid license is installed as per the suggestion from this post. If you would be having an initial license, you cant change any objects.

Hi,

I think as your hardware is changed you need to install new license. (Your hardware key must changed...)

Then based upon that license details (Installation No. + Hardware Key), you will need access key for your modification...

see the license is still valid in "SLICENSE" T-code..
