Undo Deletion Of WBS

Dear Sir

Our user has created wbs for civil in that more 11 wbs element and header was released and rest was deleted, not i want to undo those.can i do that,can ir estrict the deletion if wbs is release

Since i new to PS please guide

Hi Kunal,

You will not be able to undo the deleted items.

For restricting the occurance of the same issue in future, you can make use of the user status profile functionality.

Create a user status which will be triggered when the system status of the WBS gets released.

And the Business transactions for the System status to be watche out are

Delete Element

Mark for Deletion

Restrict the above 2 transactions and the user will not be able to delete the released WBS elements.
