Hi all,

I have Installed BIC Mapping designer in my system, it is showing Installed successfully. I'm able to see BIC mapping designer in start menu, but unable to open designer. Is this some thing problem with system configuartion?

Can you send me the system requirements like Java runtime?

Thanks,

Kishore

Yes, there is Java VM requirement for running BIC MD. You may install version 1.4.xx and try again. Otherwise it would be better to reinstall BIC MD.

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies.

I'm using BIC Version 6-3-2. I have installed J2SE Development kit and Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 22 . Still I'm not able to open.

I'm getting this message The color scheme has been changed

Thanks,

Kishore
