Outline Option in Paragraph

I am trying to create the Bullets in Sap Script

For Example

1. Heading

1.1 Subheading1

1.2 Subheading2

But how to set the attribute of OUTLINE tab in Paragraph Option . So kindly provide some idea,sample code

with regards
