Bucket Offset in Deployment Optimization

Hi All,

We have a scenario where the production orders are available in the middle of the day. Deployment optimizer still deploys them the same day.

We would actually like to deploy them the next day and thought the bucket offset could be useful.

Strange that the bucket offset for production orders is only available in the snp optimizer profile and not the deployment optimizer.

Has any one of you come across this scenario before? GR Processing time is not an option as that actually makes the production to appear the next day in the planning book.

Hi Zeeshan,

Check under deployment optimisation profile, under model

parameters, the bucket offset is useful. (in Linear

optimisation)

You sure this applies to production orders as well? coz i think it applies to distribution receipts and not the production receipts.

Hi,

You can create an additional data view with 1 day offset to run deployment.
