ATP based on fixed day of the week.

Hi All,

I have a situation with Confirnation dates.

In our business, we ship goods out only on a friday. So, assume we have a sales order and after the ATP check, the schedule line confirmation is on say wednesday. We want that to be friday instead of wednesday. If the confirmation date is a friday, we would leave it as it is.

Any ideas how we could do this? I created a new factory calender with only fridays as workdays and assigned it to the shipping point thinking that it would do some thing. It had no effect at all. Then I tried created a new route and assigned the same factory calender to it. It too had no effect as the route days is set as 0 days. I tried assigning one day in the route but it shows teh friday of next week.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
