Problems in the Exported Excel file.

Everything works fine, but I have 2 questions about the generated .xls file:

1- Why the column aren't in orden ? any idea regard how to fix this ?

2- If my the table has 2 or more element It generate the header in the xls file, but If in my table is only 1çone element. The headers of the columns are not generated in the xls file. why ?
