Error after installing BO Edge 3.1

O Central Management Server falhou ao iniciar. Pressione 'Repetir' para tentar iniciá-lo novamente ou 'Cancelar' para ignorar quaisquer ações que dependam do Central Managment Server. STW00213.

Please help me!

I've tried many times to install the trial version of BO Edge 3.1 and always ocourrs the folowing error:

The Central Management Server failed while starting. Press To 'repeat' to try to begin it again or To 'cancel' in order that to ignore anyone actions that depend on the Central Managment Server. STW00213.
