Error while reading ID of own business system from the SLD

Hi,

There are Messages getting failed with the following error.

But there is a business system exist.

NO user is locked.

SLDAPICUST is mainatined with proper user credentials.

SLDCHECK is working fine.

cleared the cache in SXI_CACHE.

PISUPER is set as SYSTEM user( not sure if it has any impact on the

current situation)

Reprocessing of the messages is not allowed.

Only one interface is processing errors.

I have gone through all the blogs realted but couldn't find anything related.

Hi chsr,

Uhave to check following steps

1)SLDCHECK

2)SLDAPICUST

3)Check in RFC destinations IN SM59 LCRSAPRFC,SAPSLDAPI

4)Check in Integration Directory(ID)

Select u r Bussiness system and Dbl click on it.Then select menu 'Sevice'& in that select ADapter specific Identifiers.

and select COMPARE WITH SYSTEM LAND SCAPE.

Then automatically this issue is resolved.

Have you already checked this note

Note 1242382 - XI runtime: AE_DETAILS_GET_ERROR for SLD access

If not then try doing as mentioned there.
