Hi,

What error are you getting while trying to log-in on IE?

Sometimes I have seen the issue is resolved by entering the ip address against the hostname in hosts file of the computer on which you are trying to log-in.

Thanks

Hi subbarao,

please check host file.

For updating host file --> Go to START > Run > Enter "Drivers" then etc->host file. update your IP and computer name.

Hope this will help.

Thanks

Hi Subba,

I thinks there might be problem with server cache. or check the free space for database/server memory.

Thanks

HI

It is likely that the AS is hanging and is not responding to http requests as a result, hence you cannot reach the portal page with the browser. You should investigate whether you can connect to the instance via p4 (Visual Administrator) or telnet (telnet administrator). You may have to trigger thread dumps in order to see what is happening in the JVM. A first port of call for any issues with the AS Java should be note 764417 (or note 1095476 for 7.1).

One should refer to section " Specific problems, requiring additional information" to determine which described issue most closely matches the issue you face. So in this case, "J2EE Engine is not responding (hanging) " or "High CPU usage by a jlaunch process" may be applicable.

Follow the steps outlined there and provide the resultant information and files to SAP support
