PDP: External Requirement not Transfered To SRM

Hi All,

We are on SRM 5.0 for PDP scenario, after transferring PR to SRM, the PR is not available in SOCO as shopping cart.

Please suggest how to find the missing external requirement.

Are you sure sc created for this PR?

are checking extended search external requirements your pr number in the cockpit?

do you know sc number as well?

what is the sc status? if you know sc. check monitor sc ( USER NAME OF SM59 BATCAPPS LIKE THAT) hope you got it how to seacrh a cart of external requirement cart?

any erorr in rz2o , slg1,smq1,smq2?

I am not able to find SC for corresponding PR in extended search.

PR is not source assigned, when I run BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER, result show:

PR transferred: 1

But when I checked in SOCO it is not there

now my question is

before you execute int his report

did you run report for only this PR number.

BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER -

or create a new PR and release and transfer again . if it is 1 it must be created a new sc or transfered to SRM

you check latest number range of sc immediately and search the pr number in bbp_pd recently created

it wil store in linkage some thing.

no problem it is not very difficult to trace since you do testing.

Go to transaction BBP_PD , there is an field called "Ext. Rqt Tracking No." in this field provide your purchase requisation number, if there is any shopping cart then it will show you.

If you don't find any thing , then start your analysis from ECC system , run Smq1 transaciton and check your queue.
