I am still having problem related to upload. I have uploaded your file contains schema and data. Schema is uploaded successfully but still data is not uploaded.

Try to load Schema and Content files separately.

What error message you are getting while loading the content?

What is the message in error log?

May I get a copy of the sample catalog file for CCM 2.0

We are trying to redo the characteristics because on the last support pack, it erased all the fields due to us leaving them /ccm/
