Hi Guru's

I have assigned the signature strategy for the Release status.

In customization i have made the settings for signature method as System signature with authorization by SAP User ID/Password

If i change release status from manger sap user id, a screen appears for the digital signature where i can enter the password of manager sap user id...

Requirement is that their are two persons who gives the approval for the document for e.g.if the manager is absent his assistant will give the approval.Both of them have different SAP user ID's..While if i try to do the above activity from his assistant SAP USER ID it is giving an error msg as Current digital signature process has been terminated

As per my understanding we are not assigning the signature strategy to any of the SAP USER ID..

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue...

Hi,

Check whether C_SIGN_BGR authorization is provided to user.

We have given the authorization SAP_ALL...

Guys pls throw some light on this issue....
