Local Transport using SCC1

Hi Everybody,

Iu2019m having trouble copying multiple transport requests with SCC1. After I copy my list of transport request numbers from the clip board I hit copy (F8) which gives me the second screen. However, when I hit execute (F8), I get the third screen which forces me to select one of the transport requests.

Please can anybody help me with multiple selection & copying of transports. Is there any other way to do it.

Hi,

Try using the report RSCC_SCC1_BATCH.

For example - if u want to copy a local change from source client Dev (022) to Dev(033):

1. Logon to the target client (033).

2. SE38 --> execute report 'RSCC_SCC1_BATCH' --> F8

3. For adhoc run - just give the TR or list of TRs which needs to be imported. Give the source client as 022.

Dont give any date or start time. For mailluser give your id. remove 'X' in the field for 'Test run w/o DB upd.'

4. make sure that no other field is marked with 'X'.

5. Execute the program.

This will copy the changes to the target client.

If you want to schedule a periodic job for copying the changes within clients, create a variant for this program with appropriate selections. Also note that this job and variant should be created in the target system where the changes should be copied.
