SIS report for sales employee in MCTI

Dear all,

I have maintained customer static group & material static group for LIS purpose

Also setting in OVRP is done

I am not getting any data for tcode MCTI-report based on sales employee.

message which is disp[layed is-No data exists for chosen selection

Am i missing something.

Hi,

After carry out configuration in OVRP

put t-code OMO1

Double click on Info structures and select DAY

Now create sales order, in that at header level speciefy partner function SALES EMPLOYEE

Then go to MCTI, Put sales employee number & execute
