Oracle Standby

Anybody have experience to configure an oracle standby with this configuraction :

Oracle 9.2.0.7.0

SAP ECC 5.00

Windows 2003

WAS 6.40

Hi,

yes i have update what info u want to config standby

briefly

take hot or cold backup depends on down time

take control file backup and all nec file sbackup

transfer all archives to stand by dest

recover using backup controlfile until cancel

supply all archives ur stand by database will be ready

or use datagaurd utility

well, I personally do not have experience with standby databases with your platform combination.

But I know that there is a big number of SAP customers running standby databases on Windows / Oracle.

Maybe that they did not detect this forum.

But what's your real question you want to ask?
