Error in Billing documents

Dear SAP Guru,

I have faced one problem.

We have created STO No, Delivery PGI and Then Billing (VF01).

While creating billing document system gives billing document no. at bottom but when come come and go to VF02. System gives error msg. that billing document does not exist. i.e system does not saves in tables VBRP etc.

An express document error comes and when going to see then we found an error msg. that Error info - "WRITE_FORM is invalid, OPEN_FORM is missing".

Can anyone have solution in this regards.

Hi,

It could be that the database update takes longer time than expected.Is the VBRK table still not showing the billing document?

Dear sir,

No this is not like that. Still the problem does not sorted out.

please note while creating billing documents system generate billing document no but while return back and go to vf02. it does not save and give the error msg. as mentioned above. our Abaper and Basis guy also does not understand this issue.

We have written to sap india about this issue. Sap India does not provide satisfactory answer in this regard.

anyone have idea about this error issue.

Hi,

Goto SM13 and Execute.

It will lead you to the screen in which you can find the error and the Program

From there you can easily identify the cause of it.
