Gurus,

I am using ECC6 with db2 databse. This has been succssfuly done in Dev system, but while doing in QA system its giving the below problem.

I am getting the below error while appling add-on SAPKITAR7D for ST-

A/PI Release 01L_ECC600.

The Add-on installation terminated during phase SPDD_SPAU_CHECK

Internal Error: MESSAGE_ADD_TO_PROTOCOL.

I got SPDD screen green but the there is one confusion that the deleted objects showing green and the request is shown in red error .

The transport request SAPKITAR7D is implemented with RC4 but showing

red color status.

Kindly suggest what can be done in this case, this is stuck.
