Assignment of a batch is required

Dear all,

Inspection type is 01.When we make usage decision system is not allowing to make usage decision and it is asking to enter the batch even though we have not activated batch management in the material master.When we enter the UD code Assignment of batch required error coming.

Dear Kumar,

Carry out the program correction contained in the attachment mentioned in the note 170081.

After the correction has been implemented, it is not possible to make the usage decision without a batch having been assigned to the inspection lot. The system generates error message QV044:

"Assignment of batch is required".

After the batch number has been entered, the field is no longer ready for input, that is, you cannot change the batch in current processing
