Not Able to maintain the Stock

Hi All,

When i am using the MB1C Transaction code fro Maintaining the Stock then the error is occur "Fld seclectn for movt type 561/acct 799999 differs for Ext. GA amount in LC (023)"For that reason I am not able maintain the Stock.

Can any one give the right solution?

Hi,

Go to t-code OMJJ >>> Select movement 561 >>> Double click on FIELD SELECTION(from 201) BATCH SEARCH PROCEDURE at left side

Then again select movement type 561 >>> Details (Magnifying glass icon)

Then double click on MATERIALS MANAGEMENT >>> Ext. GA amount in LC

Either suppress this entry and save

Then go for material posting

Go to FS00, input the G/L Account 799999 and execute. There go to tab Create/bank/interest and check whether you have maintained any value against "Field status group" and also you have checked the box for "Post automatically only".

This should be done only in consultation with FI consultants

Hi,

This proble is occuring because option for field "Ext. GA amount in LC" in movement type 561 and account number 799999 are different.

Please check the settings for 'Field status group' which is assigned to account 799999 in tcode OBC4 and also for the movement type in tcode OMJJ(under field selection-material management).
