Client Refresh.

Hi Guru,

I have to do Client Refresh bi weekly basis.i.e.

for 2 week client 006 is active ,and next 2 week client 026 is active.

Every time I need to do it manually scheduling the client copy (as my source always is 000).

and the no of system is more than 100.

So My question is ,Is there any way to schedule a job for client copy which can do it for each client after 2 weeks.

as I have tried with doing this but if I schedule a job in 006 ,after refreshing that job refreshed with 000.

And I have tried to keep a job in 000 client (for CC 000006 and CC 000026)but it is not working while doing it event based triggering.

Report RSCLXCOP cannot be started directly, only batch scheduling

Please suggest me is there any other way to do it,so that there is no need to do it manually.

Hello,

You can write a little wrapper Z-program which submits the standard SAP program for client copies.

Afterwards you can schedule the Z-program to start your client copies in background.

Pay attention you prepare the variants for the program in both the source and target client the first time.
