Problem printing registered trademark in sapscript

Dear all,

Am on version 4.7. we have material descriptions that has the registered trademark, which looks like this "IRGAPHOR® Yellow 2RP-CF".

currently i have no issue seeing the ® during print preview. However, when its printed physically to a printer, the ® is printed as a " # ".

Appreciate it if you could shed some lights on how to get the trademark printed.

the hash (#) issue is very well-known. Search the forum for HASH word (consider only answers which are about the code page or the device type)
