Discount hierarchy

Dear Experts,

I want to create hierarchy at discount level in SO.Maximum discount input shoud trigger level wise.

For example:

If i give discount of 1000 it should approve from person A while creating SO

if i give discount of 2000 it should approve from person B while creating SO.

How do i create hierarchy level SO level.

The Workflow Analysis can be defined by SD & Basis team togather...
