Dear Suresh.

http://bw.sap.sa

It seems like your url violates the cookie specification rules (refer to SAP{ Note 654982).

As far as your domain has an two letters extension sa, it must consist of at least two additional domain parts, for instance http://bw.test.sap.sa

HI Surekha,

I used transaction RSPLSA to set the url prefix to http://test.sap.spp.se:55000 is this correct ?

But we facing some exception like

Details:
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: The requested deployable object 'sap.com/bi~plan~workbench1' and application 'Modeler' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL for typos.

Exception id: [C61250017002002E00000106000500B600047EA01BD186AC]

Can you please tell me the solution for the above error.

Hi suresh ,.

1.In SPRO >select sap netweaver>Business intelligence >Bi integrated Planning>settings for starting the planning modeler.

There u can give free URL prefix: http://<domain name> :<portnumber (EPsystem) .

2. GO to RSPLAN ->select start modeler. (it directs u to portal system) .

Before that check system integration and sso done with BI .

3. IN BI system assign one report to role(ask basis person , he/she adds that ).

4.In Portal upload the role in system admin-->role upload .

select the BI system , search for role(EX: ZBIreport) .

select the role add and upload.

5. find the role in migrated content in content admin .

preview the report there .

It helps u.

Hi Suresh,

Check the services are activated in sicf tcode in backend system .

And the bex iview is not taking portal URL i.e domain and port , it is taking BI service .

i.e Portal path is not set in RSPLAN .

GO to RSPLAN and select start modeler. it has to redirect to Portal screen .

If not set the portal path .

If u don't know how to the path . Get back to me.

Surekha .

HI Surekha,

Thanks for your reply,

Can you please explain clearly that how to set portalpath in RSPLAN.

Actually i expected Web template name from my BW consultant but he provided me a URL link like

HTTP://local host:port/................................/QUERY=XXXX_XX_XXX something like this.

I just used "QUERY=XXXX_XX_XXX " query name in querystring field in BEX iveiw.

Shall i use the enitre URL in that querystring field or query name is ok ?

Can you please suggest your valuable inputs ..

Suresh,

If its a web template that you are working on, you can directly publish it from the WAD, ask your BI consultant to publish to ta folder in portal.

Follow this thread.
