Hi All,
My Issue is:
In Tcode CV02N, User has uploaded the documeny by Data carrier link .
When I tried to Display It gave Error File could not be accessed. Message no: 26136
In DC30, I have already removed the "Data Check Off" flag.
Kindly tell me what else is required to view the document.

Hi Lokesh,
in transaction DC20 please made sure that a local accessible path (e.g. C:\temp) is maintained for your frontend type. For this path the users need read- and write access to avoid any access problems. For information on the settings in DC20 please see the link http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/DC20-Controllocaloriginal+copy.
If you are using also a data carrier for a pre-defined part of the whole file path please see the SAP note 1319207 which solves a known issue with such data carriers too. Further please test if you can acces the path where the original should be located. Therefore please copy the whole file path and name into the adress bar of the windows explorer. In case the file is opened correctly there should be no permission restriction.
Best regards,
Christoph
Hi Christoph,
Thanks for reply
While uploading Data , I am giving path in Original field as \Pump\DataSheet\120JA,B.pdf
But after uploading it is not linking with Data Carrier - EQ , Acess path
USSGPFIL02\GROUP\SAPEQUIP
Kindly advice why Original is not linking with Data Carrier.
with regards
Lokesh
Hi Lokesh,
in this case please see the mentioned note1319207 from my last reply. Further please check in DC20 under 'Define mount points / logical drive' if this network path is maintained for a data carrier. For further information please see the small blue info button on this screen in DC20 too.
When you add the original file please make sure that the field 'Data Carrier' is filled correctly with the defined data carrier which has path
USSGPFIL02\GROUP\SAPEQUIP maintained.
Best regards,
Christoph
