Idoc generation when article is created

Hi ,

I have a requirement .

When ever Article is created/changed/ an IDOC should get triggered . At every 15 min a background progam runs to clear this idocs and sends them to the receiving system .

My doubt how can i trigger a idoc as soon article is created / changed in SAP RETAIL .

Hello,

Since article is a Master data, there is no output creation process for Master data unlike Purchase Order or Goods receipt. So for Master data, you have to push the data by running interface programs like RBDSEMAT.

Where i have to run (t-code) this interface program like RBDSEMAT.What are the different interface programs i have to run to push master data.

Hi expert,

All Master datas of SAP IS-Retail to send to recieving system what are the programs (i.e) the name of the programs i have to run and in which t-code i have to run these interface programs to send.

You can look for starndard transaction to send IDOC by searching transaction code starting with BD.

For example

BD10 Send Material

BD12 Send customer

BD14 Send vendor

For specific master data IDOC, please consult your ALE IDOC developer.
