Red software components

What is the significance (if any) of the software components that have a red font in the SAP Support Portal?

If I login to SAP Marketplace, select Data Administration --> then pick one of my SAP systems --> the select the Software Components tab - I see that a few of the components are in a red font while the majority are in a black font. Does this red font indicate a problem with the software component?

You might post an example showing which software components are black and red.

You might also post installation no, system id to an easy follow-up.

At your suggestion I have provided two examples:

For the first the installation number is 0020219068. The system id is DR4.

I highlighted the information regarding red entries. Does it answer your question?

Software Component Displays the list of the SAP software component installed on your system. The list also shows the release of SAP software components as well as the highest Support Package for the particular SAP software component. If you have implemented further SAP software component versions on your system, you can add them using the Add software component button. To maintain the version of SAP software components or Support Packages of an SAP software component version, click the icon. Note: Keep in mind that SAP software component versions cannot be deleted if they are a necessery for a valid SAP product version. In any system, you can find a list of the currently installed software component versions: Choose System u2192 Status, and then click the Component Information icon. Note: The fields examined by the SAP EarlyWatch Alert are marked red and you can not maintain them, because it is assumed that the data found by the SAP EarlyWatch Alert is correct. However, if you do want to change one of these fields you can unblock it in change mode using EWA unblock button.
