Does anyone know about the possibilty (User Exit) of enhance customer fields for table CRHD (Work center MD header)?

I think there is none. You will have to modify the standard program if you want to add some fields. Can you tell me the purpose of adding the new fields.

well... I have to clasiffy with local customer organization that are not represented at the SAP system.

I think I'll use the Classification mechanizm.
