Unable to open a Sales order through VA03

Hi,

I am unable to open an old Sales order through VA03,when I try to open this order,I get an error message"Requested function POAN is not available here",This is the first instance when I had encountered this error,Can you guide me as to why this error occurs and what needs to be done to resolve this error?

Are you able to open the same sales order through VA02?

Are you able to open other sales orders through VA03? or is this happening for all sales orders?

Hi Ravi,

I do not have VA02 access in clients production system,I am not allowed to open this specific order even through display mode(VA03).
