Creating an unlined box in an invoice for stamp

Hi Gurus!

I am trying to create a unlined box in an invoice after the totals section where the customer approval stamp could be stamped which would be like 5 x 6 cm in dimension. Could anyone please tell me how to create an unlined box for the same.

Does Frame (Frame thickness) help ?
