Unable to create case-based order in IS-HCO

Hi,

I have gone through SAP help documentation and tried to configure necessary steps for ISH and CO Integration.

I could not succeed much as case-based order is not getting created with transaction NCO2. Error message is not having any explanation for the missing configuration.

Could some one share your experience of the preliminary steps which need to be created before creating case-based order.

Hello Satish

First check the options in customizing CO integration (what are they? I have a message because I inactivated it, this message differs once you modifiy them). Keep in mind process ACM and Hospital they are separated.

I know CO setup is a hard to set up depending on buisiness process. good luck
